There are 2 ways:

A. Manual transfer of web files:

1. First, avail a hosting or reseller plan.
2. Backup or download your website files to your computer.
3. Upload your files in the hosting account you have acquired from us.

B. Complete Auto-transfer - transfer of all account, including web pages, databases, email accounts, etc.

1. Should be using cPanel with your previous host

2. Provide us the following cPanel information:

- Server IP
- Domain name
- Username
- Password

Important note: Your hosting account with your previous hosting provider should be active.
